Movies + Pizza = awesomeness

Posted by: the screenwriting mofo on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Tony’s Pizza. All opinions are 100% mine.

Movies and pizza go together like burgers and fries. They were just meant to be together, right? Honestly, why don’t they serve pizza at the movie theaters? Sure it could get greasy and messy but it would be pretty awesome, right? Anyways, I love me some pizza while watching a good movie. Recently I got the chance to sample some Tony’s Pizza, which you may have seen in the freezer section at your grocery store. The box is pretty brightly colored. Tony’s Pizza is not my usually frozen pizza brand but the only thing better than pizza is free pizza, so I gave it a shot. Guess what? The movie I was watching with my peeps - not so good after all. The pizza we were all eating - pretty damn tasty. And I don’t think that was just because it was free either! In fact, when I recently had my peeps over for a little Academy Awards viewing party we all chowed down on the same pizza again. It’s got one of those great crispy crusts, which I think it awesome and actually hard to find with the frozen pizzas. There is even a four cheese pizza in the original crust variety. Yum. I love me some gooey pizza cheese. Next you have a party I suggest giving these easy to make pizzas a try. Hit me when you do cause I might have some free coupons left for you!

Weather for Your Life

Posted by: the screenwriting mofo on Thursday, March 4th, 2010

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of AccuWeather. All opinions are 100% mine.

Each time before I leave the house I head out I had to check the current temperature to see if I need a hat or an umbrella or whatever. I just like to be prepared before I leave the house. I usually end up going to the weather channel website for that but I must admit that I have been looking for a new site for weather. Not only has my usual weather website been taking forever and a day to load in my computer browser but it also has a lot of annoying pop-ups. You know the ones- they kind of slide over the page when it has finished loading. Argh! Well, anyways, I found out that AccuWeather has recently redesigned their site so I can them a try. And I am so stoked to stay that it is working out so much better for me! The site is very crisp looking - not cluttered at all. And it is so easy to use! This site makes it so much easier for me to check out what the weather is doing before I leave the house. If you need to check the weather like I do then I suggest you start using AccuWeather too!
