A look at paid script coverage by Storylink

I got an email recently touting the script coverage service by Storylink. It is called: ScriptXpert Coverage - Final Draft’s ScriptXpert. (Two different links for the same info) I call it a lot of money for a lot of nothing.

They apparently have two packages - basic and extended.

From their site…

Basic Coverage includes:
- Grade sheet
- 3-4 pages of review and critique

Extended Coverage includes:
- Grade sheet
- 3-4 pages of review and critique
- PLUS 3-4 pages of notes and suggestions

Hrm. I know what you are thinking - how much is it?

Basic Coverage for a screenplay is $1.50/page with a $180 minimum! Basic Coverage for a teleplay is $1.00/page with a $120 minimum.

Extended Coverage for a screenplay is $2.25/page with a $270 minimum. Extended Coverage for a teleplay is $1.75/page with a $210 minimum.

Wow.

If you have not yet spent enough with them, check out the second link I provided above for even more tomfoolery ass-fucking services for you to pay for.
