Do you get enough omega’s threes in your diet? Do you ever eat fish or any type of seafood at home? Well, buying seafood can get expensive which is why I tend to buy a lot of healthy tuna to keep in my fridge and pantry. You see, what I like to do it take one can of the tuna, I prefer the albacore tuna in water, and I mix it up with some diced cucumber, some diced green bell peppers and some mustard and make a really healthy tuna salad. The I put it on some bread with some swiss and lettuce and sprouts. Mmm tasty! You know, I read that a lot of pregnant women stop eating tuna and other fish at all cause they are afraid of harming the baby. It seems as if there is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to this. But there is a new study out on it. And the findings show that women who skip seafood during pregnancy could be putting themselves in danger for depression! And that is so not a good thing. So to all of you pregnant women reading this - get some tuna in your diet!
